Car4Cancer Lottery Main Draw with 50/50 Raffle

Monday July 27th to Thursday Oct 1st, 2026

Car4Cancer Main Draw Rules

1) Total value of all raffle prizes is $90,276.04.

2) A maximum of 18,055 raffle tickets are available for purchase.

3) Ticket price is $25 CAD each or 5 tickets for $100 CAD or 20 tickets for $250. 

4) Valid ticket is receipt and proof of purchase.

5) Only valid tickets are eligible for the draws.

6) Tax receipts cannot be issued for ticket purchases.

7) Ticket purchasers must be located in the province of Ontario at time of purchase.

8) Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age at time of purchase.

9) Tickets cannot be purchased for or in the name of persons less than 18 years of age

10) All tickets for the Car4Cancer Lottery and the accompanying 50/50 Raffle are sold through BUMP, A Division of Canadian Bank Note, systems and website. 

11) The official online website for ticket sales is https://car4cancerlottery.ca/. Tickets sold through the website are provided to the ticket holder via a valid email address. Tickets may also be sold via face-to-face sales with Point-of-Sale (POS) machines at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9, Carl Cox RV located at 4091D Old Hwy 2, Belleville ON K8N 4Z4 and Mercedes Benz Kingston located at 1432 Bath Rd, Kingston ON K7M 4X6, starting at 10 a.m. on Monday July 27, 2026 to 11:59am on Thursday Oct 1, 2026. Tickets sold through POS devices are provided to the ticket holder via printed ticket.  

12) All valid tickets included in the early-bird prizes draws, including the early-bird winning tickets will be included in the main draw.

13) The following persons are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the Car4Cancer Lottery:

•    Belleville General Hospital Foundation staff and Board of Directors.

•    The Quinte Health Senior Leadership team and Board of Directors.

•    Employees of TBK Creative.

•    Employees of the registered gaming supplier, BUMP Your Partner in Philanthropy, a Division of Canadian Bank Note Company Ltd.

•    Employees of Mercedes Benz Kingston.

•    And members of the same household of each of the above; and 

•    Employees of the Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario.

14) Early Bird Draws:

The 1st Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $2,500.00. All qualifying tickets for the 1st Early-Bird Draw must by 11:59 p.m. on August 19th, 2026. The 1st Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, August 20th, 2026, at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9. 

The 2nd Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $2,500.00. All qualifying tickets for the 2nd Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026. The 2nd Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026, at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9.

The 3rd Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $2,500.00. All qualifying tickets for the 3rd Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026. The 3rd Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, September 17th, 2026, at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9.

15) The Main Draw prize is a 2026 Mercedes Benz GLB, valued at $82,776.04 including taxes. All qualifying tickets for the Grand Prize must be purchased by Thursday October 1st, 2026, at 11:59 a.m.

16) The Grand Prize Draw will take place at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9. Date: Thursday October 1st, 2026. Time: 2:00 p.m.

Additional 50/50 Rules 

17) During the online and POS device checkout process, purchasers have the option to buy an additional 50/50 Raffle ticket. To purchase a 50/50 Raffle ticket, a Car4Cancer Lottery raffle ticket must be purchased EACH TIME.

18)The total value of the 50/50 Raffle is to be 50% of all 50/50 ticket sales.

19) Ticket prices for the additional 50/50 raffle are $10 for 5, $20 for 30, $50 for 150 and $75 for 300.

20) The 50/50 Raffle prize is 50% of all add-on 50/50 raffle tickets sold. Tickets for the 50/50 prize must be purchased by Thursday, October 1st, 2026 at 11:59 a.m.

21) The 50/50 Raffle Prize Draw will take place at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9. Date: Thursday, October 1st, 2026. Time: 2:00 p.m.

22) All winning ticket numbers are drawn through an automated system managed by BUMP Your Partner in Philanthropy, a Division of Canadian Bank Note Company Ltd. 

23) The winner (s) will be notified by a Belleville General Hospital Foundation representative. Such information will include information about the prize claim procedure. Winner will be asked to provide valid photo ID to claim their prize.

24) Winning ticket number, name and city of residence of the winner(s) will be recorded and announced immediately after each draw through the event website and official BGHF social media channels.

25) Early-bird-draw prizes can be picked up at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office or shipping can be arranged. 

26) All monetary prizes will be awarded in the form of a cheque made payable to the name and address of the winning ticket holder.

27) Main draw prize of the 2026 Mercedes Benz GLB is awarded on an unconditional ownership basis inclusive of all taxes, freight charges, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) costs and dealer fees. 

28) Winner of the main prize must take delivery of the 2026 Mercedes Benz GLB as awarded and is responsible for licensing and insurance from the time of delivery/ownership. Delivery of the Mercedes Benz GLB to the winner occurs in Kingston, Ontario at Mercedes Benz Kingston, 1432 Bath Rd, Kingston ON K7M 4X6. 

29) Any prizes which are not claimed will be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority. 

30) Privacy Policy: Personal information is collected for the sole purpose of completing ticket sales, identifying ticket purchasers and communicating with purchasers. For more information, please contact the BGH Foundation office to review our privacy policy.

33) In these Rules and Regulations, and in all electronic or printed material related to this lottery:

a) “AGCO” means the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario;

b) “Car4Cancer Lottery” means the AGCO approved electronic lottery system designed by Canadian Bank Note and operated by the Belleville General Hospital Foundation

c) “Dashboard” means the Dashboard component of the computer- controlled system designed by Canadian Bank Note for the conduct of this lottery.

d) “Draw” means the random selection of a winning ticket number by the Belleville General Hospital Foundation through the Car4Cancer lottery system.

e) “Player” means a person who is eligible to participate in this lottery in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.

f) “Prize” means the consideration or item identified by the Belleville General Hospital Foundation that is provided to the winner of the draw in return for the purchase of a valid ticket.

g) “Ticket Number” means a unique numerical sequence randomly issued by the Car4Cancer Lottery as set out on a Valid Ticket.

h) “Valid Ticket” means the possession of a “Car4Cancer” lottery ticket issued by the Belleville General Hospital Foundation that is not void.

i) “Winner” means the person who is the bearer of a winning ticket and who satisfies all the conditions established by the Foundation to claim the prize.

j) “Winning Number” means the number displayed on a valid ticket that matches the winning number of a draw.

k) “Winning Ticket” means a valid ticket that bears a ticket number matching the winning number of a draw.

34) These Rules and Regulations are effective as of July 27th, 2026.
